Customer Support

Division/Business Unit: Help Desk/Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate must understand complex technical problems and think logically on the most cost/time effective method of problem resolution. Candidate will be required to read, write, and verbally communicate or explain information that is moderately complex or technical, and compose correspondence or reports and forward to the COR as requested. The Contractor will provide customer support at the moderate to highly complex level and perform the following: - Troubleshoot problems such as hardware, software, end user LAN applications. - Provide support to include, but not limited to, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and peripherals in accordance with the CompTIA A certification standards

Education:

  • The candidate shall have, at a minimum, a High School diploma or GED, possess a CompTIA A certification obtained within the past three years or two years of continuous IT help desk experience within the past three years

Designing

Web Designer

Division/Business Unit: Web Page Designing

Responsibilities:

  • Logo Designing
  • Creating of web pages
  • Developing business design documents for software changes
  • Conducting and documenting needs analysis for customers.

Education:

  • Diploma or degree in web designing

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in related position
  • In depth knowledge of XHTMl, DHTML, Java Script, Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw, Flash, Multimedia

Technical writer/Content Editor

Division/Business Unit:content writing,editing

Responsibilities:

  • Essential functions will include attending various high-level meetings, gathering technical requirements from those meetings and developing documentation to be distributed to various team members. Candidate will be required to edit, update, retain and retrieve documents.

Education:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor's Degree in English or related field is preferred. Previous experience coordinating documentation projects. With strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, screen grabbing software and publishing software is highly preferred. Excellent listening skills in order to gather requirements for documents are essential. Strong grammar and editing skills are a must. Ability to manage the technical writing portion of several projects at one time is a must. Ability to pay attention to detail is critical; research various topics and make high level presentations are required. Must have a strong understanding of templates, aesthetics, layout of pages, etc.
